The spacious newly fitted kitchen is very well equipped with an electric oven and hob, under counter fridge and separate under counter freezer, dishwasher, microwave, as well as all the usual small appliances, cutlery, glasses and cookware.
The dining table seats 8, and overlooks the garden Wall mounted flat screen TV. From the dining area, there are double doors opening onto the terrace and garden. There is a washing machine in the utility room off the kitchen, and a rotary washing line in the garden. There is a fully tiled walk-in wet room power shower plus WC and basin on the ground floor, ideal for washing off the sand from the beach.

First floor - There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on this floor, plus a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. The second sitting room has French doors opening on to a Juliette balcony, ideal for watching the sunset over Cardigan Bay two large comfy leather sofas and a 32" flat screen TV.

Second floor - One double and one twin bedroom with views over New Quay and Cardigan Bay. both with en-suite shower rooms. Bed linen is provided, but not towels.

Two travel cots and high chairs are available, there is plenty of room in any of the bedrooms for a cot.
