Rhandir is in a superb location just a two or three minute walk from New
Quay harbour and the beaches, shops and restaurants.
This centrally heated and spacious ground floor apartment has garage parking and
sleeps 4 with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Wi-Fi available. One
small dog welcomed - fully enclosed garden with furniture and cellar for storage
of beach equipment.
The accommodation comprises:
Kitchen / Dining / Lounge.
This open plan area stretches from the front to the rear of the property with a
comfortable seating area with television and DVD player and a fully equipped
kitchen.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer / dryer, cooker, fridge with small freezer
compartment, microwave.
Bedroom 1- Double with king sized duvet and a cupboard.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds with single duvets, chest of drawers
Shower Room - Large shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside - There is a secluded garden with a table and chairs accessed from the side of the property. The garden is fully enclosed.

The owner requires a refundable £50 security / breakages deposit to be paid with the final payment
