The spacious well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and air-fryer as well as all the usual small appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware.

The dining table seats 4. There is one double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 32 inch flat screen TV, and bath room with a bath with shower over, WC, and washbasin. Bed linen is provided but not towels.

There is private off road parking for one car, and storage space for a kayak, fishing equipment etc (size of storage area is approx. 1 x 4m)

• Just a couple of minutes walk to New Quay's beaches, pubs and restaurants.

• Electricity, Wi-Fi and heating is inclusive - the property has oil central heating. The log burner is no longer available due to new rental fire safety regulations.

• Bed linen is provided, but not towels or beach towels.

• Short breaks available where shown below. Winter breaks £75 p/n for 2 or more nights.

• There is private off road private parking for one car just past the property.

• SMOKING is not permitted inside the property.

• One small well behaved dog is welcomed, but should not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom.
  Guests should bring their own dog bedding, feed bowls etc.
