Situated on a hillside above New Quay on Cardigan Bay, Y Gegin Mas is just
a 5 minute walk from the Cambrian Hotel pub and restaurant and
about a 10 minute walk from the beach at Traethgwyn. It is a 15
minute walk (or couple of minutes drive) from the centre of New
Quay with its blue flag beaches and its many pubs and restaurants.

This comfortable newly renovated and centrally heated cottage is on
a small traditional working farm with sheep and Welsh Black Cattle close to New Quay
and is adjacent to the old stone farmhouse of the owners Russ and
Angela. There is adequate parking close to the cottage and a patio
in the rear with bench seats and an extensive view of Cardigan Bay
- all the way across to Snowdonia on a clear day.

Accommodation: This charming cottage for two has an
open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area downstairs with open
tread stairs leading to the shower room and double bedroom
upstairs. The sitting room has a flat screen digital TV with freeview. There is a dining table to seat
two. The compact but well
equipped kitchen area has an electric cooker, microwave and the
usual small appliances.
