This spacious family friendly four bedroom centrally heated Holiday Home is just 10 minutes from the beach in the lovely Pembrokeshire resort of Newport. The house has retained many of the original features. There are enclosed gardens with a large patio for summer barbecues. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with wet room, sitting room with log fire. TV, DVD player, Video player, CD player. Wi-Fi is available , dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a large conservatory. The property is wheelchair friendly. Regret no pets.

Upstairs, there are two more double bedrooms, one of which is a superking, and a twin bedroom. Bed linen is provided. A cot and highchair are available. There is a also a family bathroom upstairs.

Outside:  There is a gravel front garden with table and bench. At the rear is a large patio area with table and bench set, barbecue and steps leading up to a lawned area with patio table and chairs.

Please note that the property is only available to rent in July and August.

The Area:

Newport is a popular resort for families, walkers and boat owners and is Situated between the Preseli Carningli Mountain and the stunning Pemrokeshire coast. The town is overlooked by Newport castle. The town has three pubs a boat club and several restaurants and cafes and there is a wide choice of family friendly places to eat and drink.

Newport is on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and is surrounded by beautiful scenery in all directions and a wide variety of wildlife. The beach is ideal for bathing and watersports and is backed by sand dunes and a golf course. Nearby is the Iron age fort of Castell Henllys, the even older Pentre Ifan, dating back to 3,500 BC, while at Eglwyswrw there is a shire horse farm, all of which provide interesting and enjoyable trips out.

Further afield and within an easy drive are the cathedral city of St. Davids, and the towns of Cardigan and Fishguard where you can take a day trip to Ireland.
