Tyllwyd Farm Holiday Cottage is located in a picturesque valley at the edge of Brechfa Forest, approximately 2.5 miles from the village of Brechfa. The nearest town is Carmarthen, which is only 10 miles away.
Brechfa Forest is first rate for walking, mountain cycling and horse riding. There are several fishing lakes within a short drive from
Tyllwyd.
The 3 bedroom cottage which sleeps up to 8, is tastefully decorated throughout and offers quality, comfortable accommodation whilst still retaining its original charm and character.
There are two king size bedrooms and one bedroom which can be 2 doubles. or 4 singles or 1 double and 2 singles.
There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. Downstairs
there is another cloakroom.
The property boasts a wood burning stove in the sitting room and a decking area outside, ideal for al fresco dining, next to a small orchard.
Amenities:
Oil central heating with additional heating from wood burning stove in lounge. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Sky TV, DVD player, music system. Fuel, electricity and starter pack of logs are included in the rent. Bed linen is also included in the price. Cot and highchair available. Plenty of parking. Dogs are welcome at a charge of £15 per week but must be kept on a lead around the property, where there are farm animals.
Children, depending on age and interests, often
find the stream, woods and fields exciting. A well behaved dog is
welcome but it should be noted that there are farm animals in the
adjoining fields and so care must be taken.
No smoking - Shop & pub 2 1/2 miles.
