'Ty Paer', Cross Inn

Terms
- All charges are per week and
are inclusive of V.A.T
- All charges include
electricity and oil central heating.
- All bookings are from
Saturday to Saturday during high season.
- Short breaks (minimum 3
nights) may be available subject to availability. Enquiries
welcome.
- Bed linen is provided and the bed freshly made
up for your arrival.
- Fresh towels and tea towels are provided, but
please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
- We regret that we do not accommodate any
children over 12 months of age.
- Maximum occupancy 4 adults plus baby. No extra
charge is made for the provision of baby equipment, but please
remember to state if required.
- A well behaved dog is welcomed at an additional
£20 per week or short break.
The Rees family will be pleased
to welcome you, and will try to assist in any way they can to make
your stay a happy one.
Conditions

The cottage will be available for your occupation
from 3:00pm on the day of arrival, and you are required to vacate
by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, leaving things in a clean
and tidy fashion.

A non refundable deposit of one third of the total
charge, is required at the time of booking. It is a good idea to
check availability by

or telephone prior to sending your booking. If
an answer is not readily available, please leave a message on the
answer phone, and we will contact you at the first opportunity.
Please speak slowly and clearly. Alternatively you can contact us
by e-mail. The final balance due is required by cheque please,
four weeks prior to your visit.

There is ample room for parking, but vehicles and
their contents are left at your own risk. The proprietors will not
be responsible for any loss or damage thereof or thereto, from any
cause whatsoever.

The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any
loss, damage or accident sustained whilst at “Ty Paer” Holiday
Cottage, or whilst on the farm Cefngwyddil.

Visitors are responsible for the Cottage during
their stay, and are liable for any damage to the property or its
contents.

Please note smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
