'Ty Lewis', near New Quay - sleeps 4

Ty Lewis is a beautifully converted centrally heated cottage in the heart of the old village of Llanarth just 1½ miles from the beach at Cei Bach, and two and a half miles from the popular holiday resort of New Quay. The cottage has been newly renovated and now offers comfortable, light, centrally heated stylish modern accommodation.
 

Accommodation: The  entrance hall leads into the newly fitted kitchen which includes a fridge / freezer and dishwasher, microwave and all the usual small appliances, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The dining / sitting room has a leather sofa and armchairs, electric ‘flame’ burner, TV with freeview, DVD, and stereo. There is a ground floor double bedroom with TV as well as a shower room with fold down seat, washbasin. and separate WC.  There is a washing machine in the shower room.
 

Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin .

GROUNDS - There is an enclosed patio in front of the property, with garden furniture,
and a gas barbecue and patio heater.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS are included in the rental.

PARKING -  There is ample parking in the courtyard beside the cottage.

SAFE STORAGE - There is safe storage for bicycles, kayaks, etc.

PETS - Regret no pets permitted

SHORT BREAKS - Midweek and weekend short breaks are available out of season. 3 night minimum.

CHILDREN - A cot, highchair, stair gate are available on request.

ELECTRICITY - is included in the rental from May to September and this is charged for at £25 per week at all other times - payable directly to the owner onsite.

Please note we do ask our guests not to smoke inside the cottage.
