Since 1983 Roni And Mike Kelly have been developing Ty Hen as a
unique holiday destination and welcoming visitors to share their
home and the beautiful area that they so enjoy.
Ty Hen Farm is the place to be if you need a relaxing break
away from the stresses and strains of modern day life. Ty Hen Farm
offers good quality accommodation and facilities near to the
Heritage Coast of Cardigan Bay.
Ty Hen Cottages are on a working sheep farm set down a country
lane just two miles from Cwmtydu Cove four miles
from New Quay.
Relax in the private purpose built leisure centre and enjoy the
natural delights of this most beautiful and tranquil part of West
Wales. Ty Hen Centre provides a good range of private leisure
facilities and there are now eight holiday cottages (sleeping from
2 to 9) grouped around the farm yard below the farmhouse.
Very quiet and secluded small complex of 8 cottages.
Working sheep farm.
Midway between New Quay and Llangrannog.
Many with additional log burning stoves.
CTV, Freeview and DVD.
Pets are welcome by arrangement but must
be of a family type and kept on a lead while on site.
High chairs and cots available.
Small licensed bar in Farm House.
Ample parking. (one car by each cottage,
additional cars, boats etc. in main car park).

N.B. The Leisure Centre is not supervised and children under the age
of 16 MUST be with
a responsible adult over 18 years at all times.
Our Cottages
Stackyard - sleeps 4(+ 1 extra on small bed in twin room)
It has an open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and sitting
areas and a stone fireplace with log stove. A spiral staircase leads
up to a bathroom with bath, wash basin, bidet and WC and two
bedrooms. One double bedded room and one twin bedded room. The twin
room has an en-suite toilet and washbasin (electrically operated).
Stackyard Annexe - sleeps 4 in a twin room with bunkroom and
bathroom off. The annexe is reached on the ground floor by an
internal hallway from Stackyard dining area. STACKYARD ANNEXE is
only let in conjunction with STACKYARD.
Field - sleeps 6 (+ 1 extra on small bed in the twin room )
Field is entered from a small patio via steps or a ramp into a
sitting /dining area with separate kitchen off. Also on the ground
floor is a double-bedded room with en-suite WC, wash basin and
shower. Stairs lead up to a galleried twin bedded room with bunk
room and bathroom (bath, WC and washbasin )
Stable - sleeps 4 (+ 1 extra on small bed in twin Room) On
ground floor there is an open plan sitting area with log stove, a
kitchen and dining area and stairs leading up to a double bedded
room , a twin bedded room And a bath room (with bath WC and
washbasin).
Grainmill - Is similar in most respects to stable
Granary - sleeps 2 – entered at first floor level via steps
into a sitting/dining area with log stove and kitchen area. Stairs
lead down to a double-bedded room bathroom off (bath, WC and
washbasin)
Copse - sleeps 2 - on the ground floor is a twin bedded room
and bathroom bath, WC and washbasin. Upstairs is an open plan with
sitting, dining and kitchen areas.
Bwthyn - sleeps 2 – is reached by steps to a small patio. On
the ground floor is an open plan room with sitting, dining and
kitchen areas. Stairs lead up to a galleried twin bedded room with
bathroom (bath, WC and wash basin).
Ty Twt - sleeps 2 - is attached to the main farm house. On
the ground floor is a double bedded room with bathroom (bath, WC and
wash basin). Upstairs Is an open plan room with sitting, dining and
kitchen areas
