Ty Gwyn ( White House )  is a former granary, which has been carefully renovated and extended retaining many of the original oak beams and stone walls. Available to rent year round ,Ty Gwyn is located in the quiet village of Oakford, 4 miles from the picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron and 3 miles from the nearest beach at Cei Bach. New Quay is just  a 10 minute drive.

This beautifully furnished  cottage provides two double bedrooms with king - size beds, and  a smaller bedroom for a child as well as  an upstairs  family bathroom. Downstairs the open plan kitchen  ,dining room with wood burning stove, opens into the lounge,  and there are French doors to the  patio and garden.

To make life easier for families, the owners provide a travel cot, toy boxes, chair booster seat , baby bath, bathroom step, DVDs and  videos and even buckets and spades for the beach.

Outside, the enclosed  sheltered sunny garden has a built in BBQ,  flower and herb borders, outside furniture and a shed with everything you need for the beach.

Please note we do ask our guests not to smoke inside the cottage. Under floor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs ,oil-fired central heating all inclusive.
