Gwyn', Cei Bach Beach, near New Quay - Sleeps 6
Ty Gwyn is a charming 3 bedroom centrally heated detached cottage in a peaceful location, only 200 yards from the
beach at Cei Bach. It is situated 2 miles east of New Quay by road
- or a one mile walk at low tide along a beautiful stretch of beach.
There are sea views from the front bedroom.
ACCOMMODATION
- There are 3 bedrooms ( a double and 2 twins) One twin bedroom
is approached via the other. A travel cot is provided .The
property is equipped with bed linen, but cot bedding and towels are not provided and
should be brought by guests. There
is an upstairs family bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC as well as a ground floor shower room
with shower, WC and wash basin adjacent to the utility room.

The open plan kitchen lounge dining area seats six around the
dining table and has an electric oven plus hob,
dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
In the utility room off the kitchen there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electricity and central heating is
included in the rental price.
There is a
TV with VCRs, DVD player, Digibox, a stereo, a feature gas fire
and central heating. The dining area has French doors
leading to a spacious sunny conservatory with TV and with a
sliding glass door opening onto the patio where there is a
picnic bench and views of the surrounding countryside.

GROUNDS - There is a lawned garden
and patio, backed by open fields, picnic bench, and
barbeque.
PARKING - There is off road parking in the garden for 2 cars.
PETS - We regret no pets can be accommodated at Ty Gwyn.
NEARBY - Cei Bach is a long wide sandy beach at low medium
tides. This beach tends to remain uncrowded even during the peak
summer weeks. This is also a good beach for fishing or exploring
the rock pools at low tide.
The Cei Bach Country Pub and Grill is just a few minutes walk
along the road from Ty Gwyn.
Please note
we do ask our guests not to smoke inside the
cottage.
