Ty Gwyn is a charming 3 bedroom centrally heated Detached Cottage in a peaceful location, only 200 yds. from the
Beach at Cei Bach. It is situated 2 miles east of New Quay by road
- or a one mile walk at low tide along a beautiful stretch of Beach.
There are sea views from the front bedroom. ACCOMMODATION -
There are 3 bedrooms ( a twin and 2 doubles with washbasins)
One bedroom is approached via the twin. A travel cot is provided
(but not cot bedding). There
is an upstairs family bathroom as well as a ground floor walk-in shower room.
Bed linen can be supplied for an additional £25
Please note
we do ask our guests not to smoke inside the
cottage.

The well appointed Kitchen/lounge/diner seats
six and has an electric oven plus hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There are 2
TVs with VCRs, DVD player, Digibox, a stereo, a feature gas fire and central heating. The diner has
French doors leading to a sunny conservatory.
In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electricity and central heating is
included in the rental price.
GROUNDS - There is a large enclosed, lawned garden
and patio, with sea views, picnic bench,
barbeque and swing.
Behind the garden there are open fields.
PARKING - There is ample parking for 2 cars.
PETS - We regret no pets can be accommodated at Ty Gwyn.
