Ty Clogwyn is a very special house in one of the best locations in New Quay, directly above the sea and with uninterrupted views across Cardigan Bay to Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. This spacious historic, centrally heated and very well equipped house has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 6, a newly fitted kitchen - Spring 2017, and two large patio areas facing the sea and beach. One well behaved dog is welcomed. Please note that all bookings made are subject to confirmation by the owner.

ACCOMMODATION

 Ground floor - Large  sitting room with  sofa and armchairs , 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. Sliding doors open on to the balcony overlooking the sea.

The spacious newly fitted well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, as well as all the usual small appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware.

Upstairs - There is a large double bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage space and views overlooking the sea. Gguests have watched Dolphins while in bed! there is a bunk bedroom  and a single bedroom and the family bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms.

Lower ground floor - There are stairs down to the second sitting room with sofa and armchairs plus a freezer and tea making facilities,  a shower room with WC and basin and also a large double bedroom. Limited headroom on stairs. This floor can be separately accessed from the driveway through the garden

Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made up ready for arrival.

Outside - There are two separate large  patio areas - one lawned and fully fenced and through a gate is another very large lower paved patio at the edge of the sea with outside furniture and  parasol, and excellent views across New Quay and Cardigan Bay. A perfect place for Dolphin watching.

Restricted on street parking for one car in front of the house and additional council car parking close by. The driveway beside the house is unsuitable for vehicles.

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation by owner following receipt of a deposit and booking form.
     

  • Welcome tray provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc.
     

  • Just a couple of minutes walk to New Quay's beaches, pubs and restaurants.
     

  • Electricity and heating is inclusive - the property has gas central heating, with radiators throughout
     

  • Bed linen and towels are  provided,
     

  • Weeks or Short breaks available  by arrangement at 150 per night with a 3 night minimum, please enquire.
     

  • SMOKING is not permitted inside the property.
