This holiday cottage makes the perfect base for your holiday in West Wales. As the owners have a farm nearby , you are welcome to arrange a visit to their farm to see them milking the cows

Accommodation: The kitchen is well equipped, with an electric cooker , under counter fridge, microwave, washing machine etc and fully equipped for preparing any family meals or celebration.

The Lounge/Dining Area has a 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs for 6 and is equipped with Colour TV. Satellite TV, DVD player, radio and CD player.

The three bedrooms at this New Quay cottage, are all on the ground floor, comfortable and welcoming, with, one twin and two double bedrooms, making this ideal for families as well as anyone with limited mobility. There is a radio/CD player in each bedroom. The largest of the double bedrooms has patio doors which lead out to the rear garden.

Bed linen and towels are provided and beds will be made up for your arrival, but beach towels must be brought by guests.
A Welcome Tray is provided with bread, butter, milk, eggs and Welsh Cakes.

Bathroom - the bathroom has a full size bath plus a shower cubicle, WC, bidet and wash basin.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed. There is a garden to the rear and front of the bungalow (the rear garden can be closed off by a gate and is therefore suitable as a secure area for young children to play safely).

There is garden furniture and a gas barbecue set available for your use.

Trem Y Mr has a secure garage for your use; ideal for storage of bicycles, small boats, etc and has a sink for cleaning walking boots etc.

Trem Y Mr  is just a few minutes walk to Cei Bach Beach or a five minute drive into the seaside resort of New Quay where you can try your hand at kayaking or windsurfing, book a boat trip, go fishing or just relax and wind down.
You will be spoilt for choice for days out, you can get out and about and make the most of this scenic part of West Wales with its superb coastal and countryside walks, unique wildlife, castles, footpaths and villages to explore. There are festivals, markets, agricultural shows, exhibitions and special events throughout the summer months.
