This quirky three storey 1860s two bedroom centrally heated and newly double glazed house sleeping up to 3 is on Lewis Terrace and has some of the best views of the harbour and Cardigan Bay. Just 100 yards from Dolau beach, the pier and harbour beach and a few minutes walk from New Quay's pubs, restaurants and shops. ACCOMMODATION - Tower House has a living room on the first floor (on a level from the front door) with two sofas, 40" digital flat screen TV, stereo system and views of the Harbour and Cardigan Bay.
Downstairs is a spacious fully fitted kitchen / dining room with wood burning stove (fuel not provided but available locally), full size electric cooker and hob with extractor, under-counter fridge / freezer, microwave, 32 inch TV and all the usual small appliances. There is also an iPod dock. There is seating for 4 at the dining table.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor, a double with a window facing the sea where you can wake up to views of Cardigan Bay. This has a flat screen TV. There is a second bedroom with a single bed. The newly fitted shower room has electric shower, wash basin and WC there are central heating radiators in all rooms.

The patio area, and the deck with garden furniture is accessed from the kitchen and is situated at the back of the cottage in a small fully enclosed garden. There is also a timber deck with garden furniture below the patio and an outside WC.
The cottage offers the following facilities:

  • Electricity, central heating all inclusive in rental

  • Wi-Fi provided.

  • Regret no pets. No smoking permitted in the house.

  • Bed linen provided - please bring your own towels and beach towels.

  • On-street parking on Lewis Terrace opposite the cottage.

  • Superb sea views and Dolphin watching from the bedroom window.

  • 100 yards from the beach and from pubs and restaurants.

  • Located directly on the Ceredigion coastal path - accessed from the end of Lewis Terrace.

  • Fully enclosed garden Patio with garden furniture.

  • This property is on three floors and is unsuitable for those with mobility problems. The stairway from the first floor to the kitchen / dining room has a non standard doorway / height and may be unsuitable for the elderly or less mobile. There are steps leading from the rear patio down to the garden and deck.

  • 3 and 4 night short breaks available at 60 per night only as shown below.
