This comfortable 4 star cottage is well situated in Aberaeron, a small seaside town, well known for the Georgian
style houses, in a rainbow of colours, round the harbour, planned
and built in the 1800’s. The elegant sheltered harbour provides a
focal point, and facility for anyone interested in boats, with a
promenade for level walking. There are good pubs and restaurants,
within the town, including the award winning Harbourmaster Hotel on
the quayside, as well as the renowned honey ice cream shop, and
nearby fish shop selling local fresh seafood .
The cottage is of Georgian style located in Water Street, just an
easy few yards from the town centre.
Accommodation - Entrance into hallway ,or side porch.
Heating throughout, is by electric storage radiators. Cottage
style stairs to first floor may not be suitable for disabled.
Lounge - The room is furnished with a sofa and two
armchairs, nest of tables, and satellite colour TV.
Kitchen / Diner - Equipped with, electric oven, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge / freezer. The dining area has a small table with
4 chairs.
Bedroom 1 - has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of
drawers, bedside chests and lamps.
Bedroom 2 - has two single beds , mirrored wardrobe with
drawers, bedside chest and lamp.
Bathroom – has a bath with over shower and screen, toilet,
wash hand basin, illuminated mirror with shaver point, heated towel
rail.
Outside - There is a small garden to the rear, with patio
area and clothes line. This area is not enclosed . There is parking
on street, with an adjacent non exclusive space.
Annex - At the rear of the garden, is a small annex, which
has a washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, sink, and toilet,
suitable for those who require extra facilities for outside sports
activities.
- Deposit of 20% to confirm booking, balance to
be paid 6 weeks before
start of holiday period.
- Payment by cheque or cash. We are unable to
accept card payments at present.
- An access statement giving detailed information
and dimensions is available on request .
- No smoking in the property.
- Towels and bed linen and welcome pack included.
- Rates from £225 - £485. per week.
- Short breaks
(4 days) also available, at certain times.
- Prices include electricity for house.
- Annex available at no extra cost ( electricity
for annex equipment - extra by coinbox )
- Nominal pet charge £10.
