Location and Directions.

Swn y Wylan is on Rock Street in New Quay.

New Quay may be reached from the A487 then the A486 from Synod Inn, or on the B4342 from Llanarth.

From the A486, you will enter New Quay down a long hill. At the end of the hill the main road turns sharp right, but turn left here opposite the chemists shop ( straight on is a 'no entry' ). Continue down Water street until you reach a T-junction at the end. Turn left here onto Rock Street where you will find number 25 'Swn y Wylan' on the right hand side of the road.

From the B4342 - follow the B4342 into New Quay, pass the Costcutter supermarket on your left and then take the first right turn which is Glanmor Terrace. Continue past the Black Lion on your right, and then along the sea front past the Nat West Bank and the Hungry Trout restaurant. After you pass the pier, you will see the tourist office on your right. Turn right after the tourist office past the Wellington Inn and the car park until you see number 25 'Swn y Wylan' on the right hand side of the road.
