of the photo, in a spectacular cliff top location overlooking Dolau Beach at New Quay.
Here you can watch the dolphins from the comfort of the
house.
The House is newly refurbished and well equipped. There is
off road parking for two cars - a real advantage during the
summer months.

popular holiday resort of New Quay - a picturesque seaside town with
a historic pier and golden beaches. The main beach has a European Blue Flag and gently slopes to the sea making it suitable for children.

the ground floor (with TV / DVD ) and Twin and single bedrooms on the first floor.
There is a Shower room and bathroom both fitted to high standard.

Full size electric hob and oven, oil fired Rayburn (winter months only), microwave, dishwasher,
