Plwmp is on the A487 West Wales coastal road just a couple of miles south of Synod Inn. At Plwmp shop turn off the A487 - the turning signposted Llangrannog. Continue to a T-junction and turn left. Follow the road until you see the turning to Blaencelyn on your left. Go past this turning and Pennar Fach is the second drive way on the right (there is a stone pillar by the entrance)
