This newly converted little cottage is only a few fields back from the recently opened Ceredigion Coastal Path between the sandy and picturesque beaches of  Aberporth and Mwnt. With so many beautiful beaches in easy driving distance, this well equipped property is an excellent place to choose for a coastal holiday.

Accommodation:  Part of a much larger stone barn at this coastal farm, the new Beudy Bach, or Small Byre has a spacious sitting / dining room with 32" flat screen TV  with Satellite Freeview channels plus a DVD. Large sofa and dining table seating 4. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker. + extractor, microwave, under counter fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and plenty of crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware. There is Wi-Fi available onsite

Bedroom: Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with plenty of room for a travel cot ( available on request ) and a shower room with corner shower, WC and basin. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room - however this is only recommended for smaller children.

Parking: parking available outside the cottage and also plenty of space for storage of kayaks, mountain bikes or water sports equipment etc.

Outside:  The kitchen opens onto the  garden area, where there is a barbecue and outside table and chairs. Beyond the garden area there are fields with friendly ponies and sheep, and it is just a short walk to join up with the access track onto the Ceredigion Coastal Path. The newly opened path now allows walkers to walk from the end of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path at the River Teifi in Cardigan all the way along the west coast of Ceredigion to the River Dovey border with the  county of Gwynedd.

Linen: Bed linen and towels are supplied at this property, please bring beach towels.

Children - Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Pet : one well behaved pet welcome.

Short breaks - Short breaks available low season only - please enquire.

Restrictions: Strictly no smoking in the house please
