Shalom is a delightful studio apartment at Pontgarreg close to Llangrannog and located in an annexe to the owners bungalow and has its own private entrance door and garden area with decking and summer house. The beach at Llangrannog is just a 4 minute drive down the hill, and there are many other safe sandy beaches within easy reach at Tresaith, Penbryn, Aberporth, New Quay and Mwnt. We are also close to the coastal path, just 1 min drive or 10 min walk to the Urdd camp, where the path leaves Ynys Lochtyn towards Cwm Tydu.

ACCOMMODATION

Shalom Apartment will accommodate two adults comfortably with an open plan bedroom / sitting room with flat screen TV and DVD player, with a small selection of, DVDs, CDs, and games, maps and books. Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.

There is also a shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and has an electric four ring hob top, kettle, toaster and under counter fridge. A microwave oven is provided as there is not a conventional oven.

With wonderful countryside views over the beautifully landscaped garden and sea views of Cardigan Bay, the Lleyn Peninsula, Snowdonia and Bardsey Island, the fully insulated and double glazed summer house is an excellent spot for summer afternoons and evenings and for seeing the magnificent sunsets over Cardigan Bay in the evening. In addition, there is farmland behind the property, so we are not overlooked (apart from cows or sheep) and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Outside - There is off road parking in front of the bungalow, with steps up into the garden. There is a decked area in front of the summerhouse which is for the exclusive use of guests.

Facilities include:

  • Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks available
     

  • except school holidays - 3 night minimum from 50 per night - 3 night minimum.
     

  • A booking is confirmed with a 25 deposit for each week being booked.
     

  • Bed linen, towels and welcome pack is provided.
     

  • 4 minutes drive to the sandy beach at Llangrannog
     

  • Off road parking for your car.
     

  • Secure storage for bikes, watersports equipment etc.
     

  • Double glazed and insulated summerhouse with sea views to Llangrannog.
     

  • Deck area outside summerhouse and additional private grass area.
     

  • Wireless broadband throughout the property.
     

  • All electricity and central heating is included in the rental.
     

  • Regret no children at this property.
     

  • Regret no pets permitted, no smoking in the apartment, in the summerhouse or on the decking.
     

  • Access: There is off road parking There are 15 steps up to the property and another 2 steps into the kitchen. Rooms are level within the house. Good lighting throughout. The apartment has not been modified for disabled access and is unsuitable for those with wheelchairs or limited mobility.
