There is a balcony at this level with views across the bay and outside steps leading to the garden. 

On the ground floor there is a further lounge with television and video with a single bed. There is a double bedroom and a bunk bedded room and a shower room with WC.

Outside there is a small secluded garden with parking for 2 cars and a cellar/utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer and second fridge.

The house is used regularly by the owners who would ask you to respect their personal belongings.
