Pond View sleeps 2/4. Situated on our sheep farm, it has unrivalled views of both farmland and the sea and, as is suggested by its name, our ponds. An ideal spot for those who want a peaceful location with the added bonus of being only 1½ miles from the quiet fishing village of New Quay.

Pond View has a large family bedroom, a shower room with toilet and basin and a lounge/diner/kitchen complete with full size cooker, fridge, microwave and all the usual pots and pans etc. A freeview TV with DVD player is supplied.

There is a lovely decked area outside Pond View with garden furniture where you would be welcome to have a barbeque (also supplied). A tumble dryer and freezer are available for use.

The Farm

Ty’r Ffynnon is a working sheep farm. Therefore, during season, there is the possibility of helping with feeding the lambs and witnessing their births. We also have chickens where fresh eggs can be collected and feeds assisted. At certain times of the year there may also be piglets.

If you just want to relax we have a beautiful and well-established fish pond which is the perfect location to sit in peace and enjoy your holiday read.

  • Short breaks available - please enquire. A discount may be available for smaller occupancy numbers.
     
  • Gas, electric and all bedding are included.
     
  • there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer available for use.
     
  • There is ample car parking
     
  • Cot/camping cot, high chair and other baby items available on request although
    cot bedding is not supplied.
     
  • Smoking is not permitted in the cottage and we regret we are unable to accept pets.
     
  • We also have Gweld-y-Mor and a caravan for rent on our farm which both sleep 6/8 persons.
    Pond View can be linked to Gweld-y-Mor for larger groups of up to 12 persons.
     
  • Secure storage and washing down facilities are provided for bikes; boats and trailers can be accommodated at an additional charge if requested.
