the cottage. It is about 15 minutes walk down a steep path into the

the edge of Llangoedmor in the Teifi valley, one mile east of
Cardigan and close to a selection of beautiful beaches. The farm
has 48 acres with superb panoramic views and is near to the sandy
beaches of Mwnt, Tresaith and Penbryn. There are fabulous walks
across the headlands to secret coves rarely visited except by
birds and the ghosts of ancient smugglers.
