Perth Y Piod is a renovated farmhouse
situated down a quiet country lane just outside of the village of
Llanarth,
which has a range of local amenities and services. This lane (see
photo below) gives
you direct access onto the main road into New Quay, situated only a
couple of miles away. Aberaeron lies a few miles along the coast
road and the house is perfectly located for exploring the stunning
heritage coastline and beaches of Cardigan Bay. With comfortable &
cosy accommodation for 4-6 people, the house comes newly fitted and
equipped and is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful
Cardiganshire countryside and the Cardigan Bay coast with its unique
wildlife.

Accommodation: Both bedrooms
are double sized. One having a double bed the other having two
single beds.
Each room has ample furniture for storage etc. - wardrobe, chest of
drawers and bedside cabinets. Each bed has mattress and pillow
protectors and a duvet - please bring your own bed linen. Extra
blankets, throws are available.

Kitchen: The kitchen is newly
fitted and is fully equipped for 6 people. All crockery, cutlery,
kitchen & cooking utensils, saucepans, baking tins , bowls, jugs etc
are supplied. There should also be a supply of cleaning materials, table mats and settings,
coasters. Large kitchen table - easily sitting 6 . Appliances
include kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hoover, washing
machine, full electric oven & hob, dishwasher and full size
fridge-freezer, plastic plates, cups, salad bowl and jug available
for those lazy barbeque evenings. And finally those all important
wine glasses!
Lounge areas: The lounge areas will be comfortably furnished
with 1 sofa and one sofa-bed. Equipment will include TV with set-top
box, video and DVD player, CD/Stereo. Electric stove fire. Games and
books may be found in the dresser.
Bathroom: The bathroom is newly fitted and comprises: Loo,
sink and large corner shower unit.
Bath towels are not provided but clean bath mats will be available
if required.
Outside: There is ample parking outside the property. There
is an enclosed garden with lovely views over the valley with patio
area and picnic bench. You will find a small shed with parasol and
barbeque equipment. |
