1. CONTRACT - The contract of Hire shall be
between the Hirer and the Property Owners
2. BOOKINGS - Upon receipt of an enquiry the cottage
may be provisionally booked and will be held for 7 days. If no
deposit is received within this period then the provisional booking
will be cancelled. Electricity and heating is included in the rental
charge.
3. PAYMENT - Bookings made within 4 weeks of your
holiday must be paid for in full. Bookings made prior to 4 weeks of
your stay require £100 deposit and balance payable as above. Short
breaks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. DAMAGE/EXTRA CLEANING - Bookings are accepted on the
condition that the cottage is left in the same state of repair and
cleanliness as at the start of the holiday. It is agreed that the
person booking the holiday will pay for breakage/damage/additional
cleaning if required. It is recognized that accidents will occur
resulting is some breakages - please inform the owner at the end of
your stay if this occurs - these minor breakages will not be charged
!
5. CAPACITY AND OCCUPATION - The cottage accommodates a
maximum of 6 adults in 2 bedrooms and a downstairs sofa bed.
Occupation can commence any time after 2p.m. on the commencement
date and the property must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the
leaving date.
6. PETS - Sorry - pets are not permitted
7. LINEN - The property is not equipped with bed linen -
duvets, pillows and extra blankets are provided but please bring
your own sheets, pillow cases, duvets covers as necessary. Please
also bring your own bath towels.
8. SMOKING - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the
property.
9- PARKING - There is ample parking directly to the
front of property but vehicles and belongings are left at your own
risk. The owner cannot be liable for theft or damage.
10. COMPLAINTS - Every effort has been made to ensure
you have an enjoyable stay. If however a problem arises - please
contact the owner as soon as possible and we will endeavour to
resolve it as quickly as we can.
