Located on a minor road just 300 yards from the A487 coast road at Llwyncelyn two miles form Aberaeron, Pant-y-Celyn is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Cardigan Bay coast with Aberaeron, New Quay, Cwmtydu and Llangrannog all within a short drive away. This centrally heated and double glazed studio apartment has separate kitchen and bath / shower rooms. With ample parking, and its own front door, it is ideal for a couple or a couple with up to two children plus a baby in a travel cot. There is Wi-Fi throughout.

Accommodation: The comfortable sitting area has a sofa bed and armchair and flat screen TV with VCR and DVD. The double bed is in a recess at one end. The well-equipped separate kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, under counter fridge, microwave and the usual small appliances. There is also a freezer in a lockable shed at the side of the house. The dining table has 2 chairs, but an extra table and chairs is also available on request.

The Bathroom has WC, washbasin and bath, together with a separate large shower with power shower.

Access: There is parking by the front door. There are 3 steps up to the porch and one step from the porch into the kitchen. Rooms are level throughout the house. The bathroom has a large shower, but is not adapted for disabled use.
