ACCOMMODATION
- a first class barn conversion, Pandy Cottage offers a spacious,
comfortable and luxurious accommodation with loads of character with all
the comforts of home. There is a large
open plan sitting room / bedroom with comfortable sofas, one of which is a
sofa bed, Satellite TV with DVD player and stereo, wireless broadband
throughout the cottage. Bed linen is supplied for the double bed and sofa
bed if required and there is plenty of space for a travel cot.
Cot and High chair available. \mid week and weekend breaks may be
available from £120-£150,until end of May and from September.

The beautifully finished kitchen / Dining room is newly equipped with full
size oven, under-counter fridge, microwave and all the
usual small appliances. The dining table seats four. The stylish shower
room is located off the entrance hall.
All rooms are centrally heated with radiators.
GROUNDS - access to the cottage is on a tarmac
drive and offers ample off road parking. There is a 5 acre field adjacent
to the cottage with wonderful views from the top and ideal for anyone
bringing a dog. The front door opens onto a secluded patio area with
hardwood table and chairs, where you can enjoy a drink, a book or a
barbeque.

PETS
- A small to medium dog can be accommodated at Pandy Cottage for £10 per
booking by
prior arrangement with owners.
SHORT BREAKS - available in the low season from Friday to
Monday (3 nights) or from Monday to Friday (4 nights) from £95 for 2
people. Please enquire for prices for the dates you need.
IN THE AREA -
There is a newly opened pub/restaurant nearby offering exceptional value
and good food, or pub food also available at Temple Bar only 1.5 miles
away. At Lampeter, there are many pubs and restaurants and a good
variety of shops including a large Pioneer (Co-op) supermarket and
Sainsburys.
There is good walking around
Lampeter and Ceredigion Council publishes a guide to walks in the area
entitled Lampeter (Allt Goch) Woodland walks. There are guides on walks
and OS maps available in the cottage.
There are well marked
cycle routes in the area including Route 2d - Cribyn and Cae Hir
Garden -10 miles from Cribyn to Lampeter in a circular route. Cycle route
2c (St David's Way - 17 miles) goes from Lampeter to Llandewi Brefi. Maps
are available online on the Ceredigion website.
The coastal town of
Aberaeron is a 12 minute drive to the west, where there are several
pubs and restaurants including the award winning 'Harbour Master' and the
'Hive on the Quay' where their famous honey ice cream is available.
Between Aberaeron and Cribyn is the National Trust house
'Llanerchaeron' with its famous walled garden. There are many special
events held here throughout the year, and in the summer, and autumn fresh
produce from the garden and farm is available.
Other places to visit in
the area include beautiful walks at Hafod, the striking waterfalls at
Devils Bridge, the National trust goldmine at Dolaucothi, dolphins and
boat trips at New Quay, watching Red kites feeding above Talsarn and the
bird and nature reserve at Tregaron, offering Europe's largest bog to
explore from well designed footpaths. There are also sports available at
Leisure centres, pony trekking, golf, cinemas, and go-karting, craft
centres etc.
