Neuadd Farm Cottages have been regularly featured in the national
press and the Good Holiday Cottage Guide
This is an historic site where Henry Tudor stayed on his march to
the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485. Dafydd ap Ieuann offered every
hospitality to Henry including the services of his daughter! Upon
his accession to the throne Henry VII rewarded the squire with the
Hirlas Horn, an ornate and beautiful drinking cup.
Originally farm buildings, the mellow stone walls are now
festooned in clematis, wisteria, honeysuckle and roses, forming a
peaceful garden courtyard.
The cottages have been created by Mike and Llinos with all the
loving care you would expect from resident owners.
Cottages vary in size and can sleep from two to six people in
style.
A variety of combinations make Neuadd an ideal destination for
holidays alone or with friends, for reunions, or for Granny and
Grandpa to be with the family yet have their own private abode.
The new all weather tennis court which is
available throughout the year was formally opened by The Rt. Hon.
Rhodri Morgan First Minister for Wales, in August 2001. You will
find winding pathways and ponds full of fish.
Ducks call at the door and hens provide us all with free range eggs
and children will discover the Wendy House and an adventure play
area well away from the cottages.
These gardens and grounds, which add so much to a perfect holiday,
are extensive, peaceful and pretty, with little corners to sit, and
lovely views.
More images of the gardens and grounds can be seen on the link below

The heated swimming pool (open mid May to September)
is tucked away in a suntrap with fuschias and geraniums hanging from
the walls and views of the lake in the valley. Families often have
the pool to themselves.
The lake is full of fish and attracts a wide variety of wildlife.
Otters frequent the area and wild geese and duck breed here.
Buzzards and red kites are also regularly seen over Neuadd.
Our meadows are grazed by sheep and cattle with lambs in springtime
and we also have a pony, two donkeys, two pigs, two little goats and
our own badger sett.
Neuadd Cottages are central to a variety of secluded
coves and sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay and are equally convenient
for golf, horse riding, fishing, canoeing and sailing and exploring
on horseback
There are woollen mills, potteries, castles, Roman goldmines, fish
farms and quaint little market towns like Aberaeron, Cardigan and
Newcastle Emlyn to explore.
Nearby, the Honey Bee Farm offers mead, a honey shop, tea rooms and
a fascinating exhibition.
Several narrow gauge steam railways are within easy reach.
Both the coast and countryside around Neuadd Farm are full of lanes
and footpaths to explore.
Some take you along the unspoilt National Trust coastline and others
through ancient woodland.
