Less than 150 yards from Llanina's wide sandy beach, Mulberry Loft is the upper floor of Mulberry Cottage. It is in a beautiful woodland setting within the grounds of the 17th century Llanina Mansion.  Recently refurbished, the cottage has under floor central heating as well as an open fire, One well behaved  pet welcome. The pretty seaside town of New Quay is one and a half miles away.

Accommodation:

First floor. Although the Loft is upstairs, the door is at ground level at the end of the building. This romantic holiday hideaway has two bedrooms and sleeps four. There is one double bedroom and one twin. There is a comfortably furnished open plan sitting/dining room with Colour TV and digital Freeview, DVD, CD stereo/radio /cassette.

The well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, microwave, under counter fridge, washing machine / dryer and all the usual small appliances.

The Bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
