Accommodation: Morina has four bedrooms - two double bedrooms - one with a King sized bed and satellite flat screen TV, and two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom is upstairs and has a shower over the bath. There is also a shower room downstairs with toilet and washbasin. The house has full oil central heating with radiators throughout.

The comfortable lounge has sofas, wood burning stove, and a flat screen TV with satellite freeview and DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all the usual small appliances. The washing machine and  freezer is in the utility room.

The comfortable sitting room has a wood burning stove with the initial supply of logs provided, flat screen TV with DVD and Satellite Freeview and a supply of DVDs. The sitting room leads to the conservatory with new leather sofas and telescope and deck with views of New Quay and Cardigan Bay with wonderful sunsets. The separate dining room seats 8 and is adjacent to the kitchen.

Bed Linen: Bed Linen is provided, but not personal towels. A cot and high chair are available by request.

Outside: There is a gravelled parking area to the front with space for 2/3 cars. The sheltered and private garden is lawned with surrounding trees and shrubs. There is also a brick-built barbecue.
