- sleeps 6.

Mor Ina is situated in the heart of New Quay. The
house has stunning sea views and is perfect for a cosy winter break
with a lovely Rayburn in the kitchen and open fires for toasting
yourself after a walk in the sea air. We will accept well-behaved
dogs.
Mor Ina is arranged over 4 floors: a cellar, 2
main floors and a large attic conversion. The cellar has a separate
entrance from the side of the house. It is thus suitable for
entering the house with wet and sandy beach equipment and is
suitable for storing beach equipment, boat sails etc.
The main entrance hall is on the first floor. There is a front
dining room with views out over the bay. There are also 2 armchairs
by the front bay window which are great for sitting in and watching
the world go by or simply admiring the view. Behind this is the main
sitting room with TV and video and beyond this the kitchen. Cooking
facilities include Rayburn, microwave, toaster and kettle. A Rayburn
cookbook is on hand if you've not used one before. There are working
fireplaces in the sitting room and dining room.
The large bathroom is off a half landing and includes a spacious
airing cupboard. Hot water is provided by the Rayburn and is
generally plentiful.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, a large double and a single
at the front with panoramic views of the bay and a further twin at
the back. All the bedrooms have wardrobes or drawers.
The spacious attic conversion has large Velux windows front and back
giving a very light space with a double bed and also a double futon.
The room has spectacular views over the bay as well as built in
storage space.
Outside there is a utility area with washing machine and second WC
leading to a terraced garden with patio area.
