Morfa House, a former Sea Captain’s residence, is an
impressive detached property, located on the B4342, offering
superb views across New Quay and Cardigan Bay. It is only a
short walk to the heart of New Quay – a lively seaside town
with its many shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as the
picturesque harbour and choice of beaches.

This centrally heated home with its spacious
living accommodation is the perfect setting for a large group of
family and friends. Created with this in mind, there are two
very comfortable lounges, the first housing a large flat screen
television and DVD player with large corner sofa, armchair,
footstool and bean bag. The second lounge with 2 comfy sofas
provides an area for relaxation, board games and conversation,
as well as a dining table large enough for the whole party.

The kitchen is well equipped and designed with a practical
cooking space as well as an additional dining area.
The 4 bedroom property will sleep 9 people, with two large
double bedrooms at the front of the house enjoying spectacular
views of the sea. The third and smaller of the bedrooms is
decorated to a high and comfortable standard with a small double
bed (not recommended for 2 adults, but suitable for 2 children
if required). The large open plan loft bedroom is extremely
light and airy with 4 single beds and chill out area. There are
some low beams in the loft area and on the stairs, care is
required.

In addition to the fully tiled bathroom, with shower, there are
washbasins in each of the large double bedrooms. There is a
separate toilet on the first floor and also on the ground floor.
The mature garden is an area for relaxation, as well as
discovery. - a peaceful haven or a playground of adventure. The
steps leading to the garden can be slippery in damp/moist
conditions, therefore care should be taken.
There is parking for one car at the front of the property, with
space for three additional cars at the rear. The house is
located on the B4342 into New Quay so please be mindful with
young children and pets.
One small/medium dog welcome with sensible and
responsible owner
No smoking in the house please.
