New Quay and Cardigan Bay. This is a very spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom
detached house with a large games room and is an ideal location for a
family holiday with plenty of room for everyone.

ACCOMMODATION

This property has four bedrooms - two doubles, both with a spectacular
view over New Quay and Cardigan Bay. One double has an ensuite shower
room. There are also two twin bedrooms. A cot and high chair are
available. Bed linen - not including towels - can be provided at £25 a week ( per booking ).
The upstairs family bathroom features a spa bath. There is also a shower
room downstairs.
The spacious newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with full sized cooker,
family sized fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as
all the usual small appliances. The dining table seats eight. From the
dining area, you can enter the conservatory with an extensive view over
New Quay and Cardigan Bay.

The large comfortable sitting room with TV with freeview, DVD, and stereo
has glass doors opening on to the terrace.
The large games room has a snooker table and dart board (darts not
provided) and a bar area.
GROUNDS -
There is adequate private parking for several cars. Behind the house is a
terrace with garden furniture overlooking the garden. A gas barbecue is
available for guests. ELECTRICITY
- Electricity and heating is inclusive in the rental.
PETS
- One small to medium sized dog can be accommodated at Mor-O-Gariad.
