Mill View is a comfortable 3 bedroom
centrally-heated newly renovated semi-detached bungalow. Llangrannog
is a popular resort with a safe sandy beach on the Cardigan Bay coast between Cardigan
and Aberaeron. It has 2 pubs, the 'Ship Inn' and the 'Pentre
Arms' - both serving food, a large and popular beach cafe, a Baguette bar, a
Fish and Chip shop, and a general store selling food,
papers, beach toys etc. Mill View is just a 15-20 minute walk
or a short drive to the beach at
Llangrannog. The 60 mile Ceredigion Coastal Path links many coastal
villages along Cardigan Bay and from Llangrannog you can walk
to the north towards New Quay or south towards Tresaith or Mwnt with
spectacular coastal views in all directions.

Accommodation. This beautifully
presented property is in an ideal family holiday location with 3
bedrooms and a large garden sloping down to the little River
Hawen which flows into the sea at Llangrannog.
The comfortable sitting room has leather
sofas, armchairs and a TV with Freeview, DVD and stereo. The well
equipped kitchen has a full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge,
washing machine
and all the usual small appliances. There is ample crockery,
glassware, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The dining area
seating 4 - 6 is off the kitchen. The shower room adjacent to the
bedrooms, has an electric on-demand shower, WC, and wash basin.

Bedrooms There are 3 well
furnished bedrooms, two doubles and and a twin , all
with ample storage space. Bed linen is provided, although you will need to bring your own
towels and beach towels.
Babies - a cot and high chair is provided.
Outside There is garden furniture and a
charcoal BBQ on the patio area. The fully fenced garden slopes down
to the small River Hawen, which is also fenced off from the
garden

Access: There is off road parking close to the front door.
All accommodation is on the ground floor, there are no specific
adaptations for disabled use. There are steps and a sloping garden
down to the river.
Pets: One well behaved small to medium
sized dog is welcome. Dogs on a lead are allowed on one side
of Llangrannog beach from May 1st to September 30th inclusive and
the whole beach outside of these times.
Larger Groups: Rent Mill View and
2 Mill View next door to sleep up
to 10 people + cot - ideal for extended families or larger
groups.
