Middle Barn Cottage is close to New Quay and is approached by a country
lane and a farm track. Note: The track is unsuitable for sports cars
and low clearance vehicles. It is situated in quiet and peaceful
surroundings, overlooking the sea and the countryside and very close to
the coastal path between New Quay and Cwmtydu. This is an ideal location
for walkers, birdwatchers or those who enjoy seeing the varied wildlife of
the Cardigan Bay coast.

The cottage is only minutes away from the National Trust coastal paths and
coves It is ideal for those wanting to 'get away from it all', yet is only one
mile from New Quay. Here you can see a variety of coastal birds -
Guillemots, Cormorants, Razorbills, Gannets, Peregrine Falcons, Stonechats
and Choughs, as well as an abundance of butterflies, wild
flowers and other wildlife.

ACCOMMODATION
- There is one large bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed.
Bed linen is provided for the number of guests listed on the booking form. The
lounge/dining room also has a bed-settee to sleep two if required. There is a TV /
DVD / VCR and
books games,
videos and DVDs. The fully fitted kitchen has an under counter fridge and
separate freezer, electric cooker,
washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and coffee machine as well as the
usual small appliances. The shower room has a large
cubicle with a power shower. Outside there is a small enclosed patio with
garden furniture. Please note, we do ask
our guests not to smoke inside the
cottage.
ELECTRICITY - All inclusive.
CHILDREN - Regret no children under 10 at this property. Young
people should be supervised outside as
there is an unfenced pond behind
the property. PARKING - There is parking outside the cottage for
one car only. SHORT BREAKS - Mid week short breaks ( Monday to
Friday) will be
advertised when available at
£50 per night - minimum 3 nights. Weekend

ACCESS - There is level parking in front of the
cottage. The shower room is downstairs and there is a double sofa
bed in the sitting room. The shower room is not modified for
disabled use. The bedroom is upstairs.
