this year and offers comfortable and stylish accommodation for

- There are four bedrooms, two doubles upstairs, and a single with a
small bed (5'.8" long). Downstairs is a Studio Bedroom separated
from the house by the stylish conservatory. Bed linen is provided,
but not towels. There is plenty of room
in this bedroom for a travel cot. The
comfortable sitting room has Television and DVD with
stereo.
The fully equipped galley kitchen has a
washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and microwave;
The open plan dining
room/lounge has French doors leading through to a large beautiful glass
conservatory.
There is a large studio double bedroom downstairs to the rear
entered through the conservatory.
There are also three bedrooms upstairs (2 double and 1 single), giving
sufficient room for two families. The luxurious bathroom has WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower
over.

Outside - There is a small grassed and fully
enclosed rear garden.
Parking - There is adequate off-road parking for several
cars.
Pets - no pets at this cottage.
Access - There is level parking at the front and side of
the house. There are 2 steps in to the front door and the ground
floor rooms are all on the same level. There is one spacious bedroom
downstairs, but no downstairs bathroom. The bathroom and 3 other
bedrooms are upstairs. There are outside lights to the front and the
side of the house and the interior is well lit throughout.
