Relax in our completely refurbished Victorian property with superb views of Cardigan Bay and New Quay. Situated on the coastal footpath in a quiet location with street parking for 2 cars - an important factor in New Quay, and only five minutes walk from award winning beaches, a wide range of restaurants and the shops and harbour where locally caught fish are landed on the pier. ACCOMMODATION -  All on the ground floor - sleeps 2.  There is a double  bedroom with a super king sized bed and a four foot sofa bed in the large lounge.

The new kitchen includes dishwasher, washer / dryer, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. The new bathroom includes toilet, bath / shower combination.

The open plan lounge / kitchen and dining area includes a TV, DVD, freeview, VCR and radio. The property has full central heating included in rental and a wood burning multifuel stove.

New Quay is an unspoilt fishing village with a sheltered harbour and narrow terraced streets. The winter and spring are tranquil. The summer is lively with the Cardigan Bay Regatta and the New Quay Festival taking place in August. There is an active water sports centre and pleasure boat trips along the coast where Bottle Nose Dolphins, Porpoises, Atlantic Grey Seals and many species of seabirds can be viewed most days. 

The Dylan Thomas Trail, glorious coastal path walks, and the many and varied restaurants make for a memorable holiday in the Cardigan Bay area. New Quay is famous for its Dolphins which can be regularly seen leaping and playing in the bay from the lounge and bedroom windows.
