Ysgubor Mawr is a stunning newly completed Barn
conversion less than 400 yards from the coastal path near Aberporth
and within easy reach of Cardigan Town and the beautiful National
Trust beach at Mwnt.

The Large Barn has a massive open plan layout downstairs to include a
sitting area for fourteen people , a dining table for 14 and a well
equipped kitchen. There is also a downstairs double ensuite
bedroom with a bathroom / wet - room equipped for
disabled use. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms all with
ensuite shower rooms. These include a double, a twin and two family
rooms. The Large Barn is in the ideal location for a
multi-family or group holiday, and
well suited for conferences, short courses and organised events. |
Kitchen / Dining This is a well equipped kitchen
with two cookers side-by-side giving the advantage of two ovens and
two grills. Thee is a large American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
microwave ,as well as all the usual small appliances. The enormous
dining table seats 14. At the back of the barn there is a utility /
pet / boot room with washing machine and dryer as well as an
additional toilet and wash basin. A travel cot can be provided as well
as a high chair and booster seat.

- There are comfortable leather sofas seating 14 grouped
around the large corner fireplace with wood burning stove. There is
a 37 inch flat screen satellite TV with DVD.

Accommodation: The downstairs double bedroom
with flatscreen 22 inch TV with freeview and DVD has an
ensuite bathroom with a bath, WC and washbasin as well as a spacious walk-in
wet room shower with facilities for disabled use.. Upstairs
there are 4 very large ensuite bedrooms.

flatscreen 22 inch TV with freeview and DVD . It has one double bed,
and two single beds. Both of the singles have an additional pull-out
bed to accommodate an additional two children. The beautiful
modern ensuite shower room has twin
washbasins.

with flatscreen 22 inch TV with freeview and DVD which has
a kingsize double bed and two single beds (no

Upstairs Bedroom 4 - This is a twin bedroom
with flatscreen 22 inch TV
with freeview and DVD and ensuite shower room.
- There is a ramp at the front with full mobility access from
the car parking area.
- Ground floor double bedroom with disabled access wet room and
bathroom.
- There is ample parking for cars, boats, trailers, etc.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- There is no additional charge for electricity.
- Initial fuel
is provided for the log burner.
- Well behaved pets welcome - Dog sitting by arrangement with
owner.
- Breakfasts / meals etc can be provided by arrangement with the
owners onsite.
- Easy access to the Ceredigion coastal path.
- Smaller groups can be accommodated out of season at a reduced
rate.
- We are on local route 4e - Ring of fire, and just off route 4d
- Flight of the butterfly. Both of these cycle routes overlap
National Route 82 of the National Cycle Network which runs from
Machynlleth to
Aberystwyth and then takes an inland route to Fishguard via
Lampeter.
