'John's Barn', Cefn Maesllan, Llanarth near New Quay - sleeps 2 + cot

John's Barn is a beautifully converted eighteenth century barn in the heart of the old village of Llanarth just two and a half miles from New Quay and the Cardigan Bay coast. While the exterior of the barn is little changed, the interior has been transformed into comfortable, light, centrally heated stylish modern accommodation.

Accommodation: The spacious galleried open plan sitting / Dining area includes a comfy armchair and sofa, Flat screen TV with DVD, freeview and stereo. There is a pine dining table and 4 chairs. For additional heating there is a stylish pebble / flame effect wall heater.

The kitchen has an electric hob and oven with extractor above, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, under counter fridge. Additionally there is a tumble dryer and extra freezer space in an adjacent utility room.
 

Downstairs, there is an open plan bedroom area with en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin. Above the bedroom area is an additional galleried sitting room with comfortable sofa, coffee table and pebble / flame effect wall heater.

GROUNDS - There is a charming private lawned garden behind the barn, with garden furniture and views over nearby St. David's Church and the surrounding countryside.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS are included in the rental.

PARKING -  There is ample parking in the courtyard beside the barn.

SAFE STORAGE - There is safe storage for bicycles, kayaks, etc.

PETS - Regret no pets permitted

SHORT BREAKS - Midweek and weekend short breaks are available out of season.

CHILDREN - A cot, highchair, stair gate and fold up children's bed are available on request.

ELECTRICITY - is included in the rental from May to September and this is charged for at £25 per week at all other times - payable directly to the owner onsite.

Please note we do ask our guests not to smoke inside the cottage.
