This deceptively spacious cottage has 3
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms, a garage and off road
parking and is centrally located in New Quay on Francis Street
opposite the bowling green. It is just a few minutes walk to local
pubs, restaurants, shops and the beaches.

- Downstairs is a sitting room at the front with TV, DVD and
Stereo. At the rear is a second sitting room with TV and DVD and a
double sofa bed. There is also a wood burning stove ( fuel may be
purchased locally). The well -equipped kitchen has an electric cooker,
fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the usual small
appliances. The dining room is off the kitchen in the conservatory
at the rear and seats 6. There is also a downstairs bathroom with
bath and shower over, WC and washbasin.

Upstairs: There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. At
the rear, the master double bedroom has a TV and an en-suite
bathroom with corner bath, WC and washbasin. At the front of the
house is a bedroom with two small double beds (4 feet wide) - this
bedroom could accommodate a couple and a child or 2 children could
share each small double. There is also a single bedroom.
Bed Linen - Bed linen and towels are not provided and
guests must bring their own. There are
duvets and pillows for all beds including the sofa bed.
Electricity - electricity is included in the rental price.
Outside - There is a small rear patio
with garden furniture and a garage which can also be used as secure
storage for bikes, kayaks etc.
Parking - There is off-street
parking for one car inside the garage and one beside the garage.
Pets - A pet is welcome at this cottage
Access - There are some low doorways in this property.
People over 6 feet tall should be aware.
