Isfryn is a delightful cottage situated on a working smallholding and is
conveniently situated near the historic town of Llandysul.
The cottage is over a hundred years old and has been sensitively refurbished and
renovated with full oil central heating in all rooms. Isfryn retains some of the old beamed ceilings and the original
stonewalls and is set in an idyllic location with beautiful panoramic views of the Ceredigion countryside, which is a haven for wildlife including the Red Kite. Isfryn is also conveniently located for the glorious unspoilt coastline of west Wales with
its population of 127 bottlenose dolphins, within metres of the shore at nearby New Quay. The village of Llandysul offers fishing facilities for the amateur and professional alike. It is also renowned internationally as a centre for canoeing enthusiasts. Its close proximity to Cardigan Bay with its sandy beaches makes it convenient for both coastal and rural activities.
The accommodation comprises of: an attractive newly fitted kitchen, electric fan oven, gas hob,
Aga, fridge dishwasher and microwave. A light and airy lounge with magnificent rural views. A bathroom comprising of a new bathroom suite and an electric shower over the bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin bedded room) additionally
there is a second WC and washbasin located upstairs.
