Within short walking distance of the harbour,
beach, shops and restaurants in New Quay, this is an attractive
four-bedroom cottage on a hillside overlooking the village and
Cardigan bay. There are beautiful coastal walks and the house has
central heating, so it is an ideal place to stay any time of the year.

Accommodation:
The house has two double bedrooms- one ensuite and one with French
doors onto decking in the back garden, a front bunk bed room, a back
bunk bed room and a family bathroom. The double bedrooms and front
bunk bed room all have sea views.
Downstairs is a large kitchen dining room. The kitchen has an
electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The utility room has a further sink with washing machine and dryer.
The lounge has a TV, video, DVD, Digibox and multi-fuel wood burner.

The main bedroom has a king
sized double bed and an ensuite shower room. The second double
bedroom has a standard sized double bed. The house bathroom has a
shower over the bath.
At the rear is a sunny terraced garden with a large picnic table on
the top stone terrace with panoramic sea views over the top of the
house of the sea and the Quay. There are some steep steps from the
kitchen into the terraced garden. The garden is steep and young
children need to be supervised.
Please note:
- Linen, high chairs and cots can be hired from the keyholder.
- The house is used regularly by the owners who would ask you to
respect their personal belongings.
- Marine Terrace is the middle of the three terraces (Lewis Terrace
above and Rock Street below)
in New Quay and is a quiet no through
road with a turning circle at the end.
There is parking on the road
outside the house
- Logs for the wood burner are not provided but can be purchased in the
winter from the Village shop.
- Arrival time is 3.00 pm and departures are at 10.30am.
