Sleeps up to 8 people in two double bedrooms- one ensuite, one with French doors opening onto a wooden deck area, and two bunk bedrooms. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and has panoramic sea views. Sorry no pets and no smoking. 

 Within walking distance of the harbour, beach, shops and restaurants at New Quay, this is an attractive four-bedroomed house on a hillside overlooking the village and Cardigan bay. It has two double bedrooms- one ensuite and one with French doors onto decking in the back garden, 2 bunk bed rooms and family bathroom. Downstairs is a large kitchen dining room with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine and dryer, and a lounge with TV, video, DVD and multi-fuel wood burner. At the rear is a sunny terraced garden with a picnic table on the top stone terrace with fantastic sea views over the top of the house.

There are beautiful coastal walks and the house has central heating, so it is an ideal place to stay any time of year.

The garden is steep and young children need to be supervised. Sorry, no pets allowed.
