New Quay. It offers spacious well equipped family accommodation
arranged over three floors and has parking for up to four cars. Well
behaved pets are welcome.

Ground Floor - There are two large rooms
downstairs, a spacious sitting room with leather sofas and
armchairs, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player with a selection
of DVDs, and a multifuel stove - a supply of logs is available
for visitors. The large fully fitted Kitchen / Dining room has
an Electric Cooker, Microwave, & Dishwasher and good selection
of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and accessories.

Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with
Washing Machine, Fridge & Freezer. A door leads to the log store
and rear garden where there is a sun deck with garden furniture
and a charcoal BBQ.
First Floor - On the first floor there is a double
bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom
has bath, separate shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Bed
linen is provided, but not towels
