The Cottage is situated in a coastal location close to Cardigan Bay and the Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast. The Cottage is well placed to explore the local area of West Wales, including the Ceredigion Coastal Path, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Pembrokeshire National Park.

Visit the wonderful Teifi Valley and see the salmon jump the falls at picturesque Cenarth. Visit the market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, explore Cardigan Bay.

Accommodation:  The Holiday Cottage has Wi-Fi, three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, and two bathrooms all on the first floor. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space in the bedrooms, all your linen and towels are included. The lounge has two three seater leather settees, an LCD television which receives all of the Sky free to view channels. The full central heating is supplemented by a wood burning stove which makes the holiday cottage perfect for breaks outside of the summer season. An ample sized kitchen/dining room, which is equipped with everything you need, ensures your break is very much a home from home experience. The dining table seats six with ease, perfect for those relaxing moments with good food and a glass of wine, after the days adventures.

The location is ideal for exploring the many local attractions, blue seas, sandy beaches, scenic walks, castles and rivers, to name but a few. Cardigan Bay is one of the few places in the British Isles where Dolphins are frequently spotted from the shore. The Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre at New Quay is a must to visit. Indeed the boat trips from the picturesque seaside town of New Quay give the visitor a superb opportunity to get up close to the dolphins and the seals, which inhabit the local waters.

Children love the Shetland pony named 'Secret' and the very tame sheep named 'Cloudy', which live in the field behind the cottage.

ACCESS STATEMENT

The property is approached off B4570. Gravel driveway and ramp, or two steps, to a wide wooden door into porch. Wide wooden door into sitting room.  There is a sloping rear garden with steps and two steps from the dining room and utility to the rear patio and path.
Level and spacious ground floor area with wide doors to all areas including downstairs toilet. Washbasin only in downstairs toilet.
Stairs to first floor from sitting room. Limited room at bottom of stairs. Small landing at top of stairs with doors to all three bedrooms and main bathroom.
Village is situated in a valley. Surrounding ground is sloping.
