exploring the coast and countryside of Cardigan Bay. The Ceredigion
Coastal Path, amazing wildlife watching including Dolphins and Red
Kites, cycle paths, fishing, and award winning beaches are all
within easy reach.

This cottage is
situated on the owners working farm with plant / machinery hire and a
workshop. It is set within it's own private, fenced area with a lawn
and patio area overlooking meadows.
Plas Bach was formerly a lambing barn and
has now been transformed into a charming and stylish holiday
home. The accommodation is all on one floor. There is an open
plan kitchen with adjacent dining area and comfortable sofa and
chairs with 32" wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size electric cooker,
microwave, toaster fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher
and ample crockery, glassware, cutlery, and cookware. The dining
table overlooking the garden, seats up to 6.

Accommodation: There is a double
bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bedroom with full size bunk beds.
Floors in all bedrooms are oak . All bed linen and towels are
provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Please bring
beach towels.
The shower room is adjacent to the bedrooms,
with a natural slate floor and a large walk in power
shower plus WC and basin.

Outside: There is a private lawned area next to the
house with a BBQ and table with seating.
Access: All accommodation is on the ground floor, one step up
into the front door and level throughout, floors are tiled
in the kitchen dining area, oak floorboards in the bedrooms and
slate in the bathroom. Full central heating provided. Good
lighting in all rooms. TV with remote control, owners in
nearby property if assistance is required.

There may be sheep or cattle in the field next to the house,
the owners house is nearby, and there are farm

watersports equipment.
