Close to the beaches of Cardigan Bay, and only a few minutes drive to the coast , The Old Farmhouse at Felinwynt  near Aberporth, is superbly furnished, centrally heated,newly renovated and with WiFi, ideal for family holidays, reunions, or celebrations, with five bedrooms, including an en suite bedroom with King size bed on the ground floor, a spacious garden for summer barbecues, amazing local beaches, this is a wonderful  holiday location at any time of the year. Family and pet friendly property.

The Old Farmhouse	Kitchen	Sitting Room

Accommodation -  The well equipped and traditional farmhouse kitchen has a large Range Cooker with six- ring  hob , American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave,  toasters, and ample crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware. This is the oldest section of the house, where you can still see the  beams which surrounded the original cooking range several hundred years ago.

 In the adjacent utility area  there is a washing machine and dryer plus drying racks.  The dining area, with a large table seating  up to 12, overlooks the garden  at the rear of the house.

The sitting room has  large leather sofas and armchairs, wood burning stove,  and  an enormous 46" flat screen TV with DVD and stereo. WiFi available in the house. Downstairs WC and basin.

Bedrooms    There is a downstairs ensuite bedroom with King size bed , upstairs there are four more bedrooms, two doubles both with King size beds, a bunk bedroom with two pairs of bunk beds sleeping four, and another with two bunk beds sleeping two plus a sofa bed which could sleep another one or two small children.

Family bathroom upstairs with bath and shower over, WC and basin, adjacent to bedrooms. A travel cot is available for a baby.

All beds are made up for your arrival, please bring your own towels,  cot bed linen is  not provided.

Some furnishings and fittings had not arrived in time for photographs and these will be updated as soon as possible.

Outside gardens and fields surround the old farmhouse with views across Cardigan Bay, there is ample parking close to the house and plenty of storage space for watersports equipment, bikes or fishing equipment. There are ponies, goats and chickens in nearby fields, small children must be supervised when outside. There is an access footpath to the Ceredigion Coastal Path just a few fields away.

There are superb beaches at Aberporth, just a short 10 minute drive north from the farmhouse, and the wonderful National Trust beach at Mwnt is about 10 minutes drive to the south. Once you have been to Mwnt beach you will not want to go anywhere else !

• £100 security and cleaning deposit payable to the owners on arrival.
