Beach. Located on a quiet lane, and with fields behind , this
is an ideal location for a family holiday and is within easy reach of New Quay,
with its beaches and many pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation This bungalow has a very
comfortable and cosy sitting / dining room with a wood burning
stove, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, and VCR.
large sofa and two armchairs as well as the dining table .
Sliding doors open out from the sitting room into the spacious
conservatory overlooking the garden and the fields and hillside
beyond.The
kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave,
kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery, glasses, cutlery
and cookware .
There is a door through to the utility room with the washing
machine and tumble dryer.
There
is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Bed linen is supplied, but
guests need to bring their own towels and tea towels.
