Accommodation - The newly installed kitchen is very well equipped, with new electric cooker with grill and ceramic hob, family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher microwave etc and fully equipped for preparing any family meals or celebration.

There is a washing machine in the utility room off the patio adjacent to the kitchen. The adjacent sitting area / dining room with feature retro cupboards and shelving seats 5 on comfy new sofas plus a dining table seating 5. There is a new 32" flat screen TV with DVD player , and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The TV has BT TV including BT Sport.

The bedrooms at this New Quay cottage, all on the ground floor and are comfortable and welcoming, with one double with vanity basin, one twin and a single bedroom, making this a suitable cottage for anyone with limited mobility.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival . A travel cot and high chair are provided. ( cot linen is not provided ). Towels and beach towels must be brought by guests.

Bathroom - the newly installed bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, WC and wash basin.

Outside, the garden area consists of a large paved patio with table, chairs, loungers and parasol and is great for dining alfresco in the summer sun. It also offers a calming and peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening barbecue .A charcoal BBQ is provided.

Take the fifteen minute walk down the road to the sandy beaches and enjoy a day of family fun at this popular seaside resort, try your hand at kayaking or windsurfing, book a boat trip, go fishing or just relax and wind down.

You will be spoilt for choice for days out, you can get out and about and make the most of this scenic part of Wales with its superb coastal and countryside walks, unique wildlife, castles, footpaths and villages to explore

Pets - up to 2 well behaved small to medium dogs are accepted. There is a charge of 15 per dog per stay.

 No smoking in the house . Shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and beach 1 mile.
