Craig Fryn is a newly renovated centrally heated mid terraced house on 3 floors
with 4 bedrooms, located in a quiet terrace, and just 2 minutes walk from
New Quay's beaches and harbour. It has fantastic sea views from all
of the front rooms and from the garden to the rear. The Master
bedroom has sea views and a king size bed

The property sleeps 8, in 4 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, one single
with a 4 foot bed and a loft room has three single beds and is ideal for older children (this
has steep stairs).
The loft room has velux roof windows on both sides and a TV.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The bathroom has a shower over the bath,
WC and hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a first floor shower room with WC and hand basin.

The galley kitchen has a Redfyre cooker (like an Aga) together with separate electric hob,
and dishwasher, and under counter
fridge and microwave. The washer drier and large fridge freezer are
in the utility room off the dining room which dining room seats 8
and can be closed off from the comfortable lounge which has a TV
and DVD player, video and electric log burner effect fire.
There is central heating and plenty of hot bathwater
the terraced garden opens out at the top with a
spacious summerhouse and decking, fantastic sea views and a great
place to BBQ. (there are steep steps
up to the top – take care with toddlers)
New Quay has safe sandy beaches, coastal path walks and a new water sports Centre on the beach. It
makes an ideal base for sailing, dolphin watching, walking and just relaxing – sorry no dogs.
Parking is usually available outside the cottage for one vehicle.
There are several long stay car parks in town and weekly car park
tickets can be purchased.
