Parc Gwair is 'Hay Meadow' in Welsh. This is an outstanding centrally-heated country property less than 2 miles from the Cardigan Bay coast with 8 acres of carefully tended meadow and views over the surrounding countryside. There are  Pygmy Goats, Alpacas, Miniature Shetland Ponies, chickens and usually lambs and piglets in the spring. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin. Tyddyn Hen is part of the historic Plas-Y-Wern Estate where The Earl of Richmond, later to become Henry VII stayed in 1485 on his way to the Battle of Bosworth Field. Tyddyn Hen was originally built around 1270 and has original cruck beams in the vaulted sitting room / kitchen / diner. A footpath follows the river down to the sea through National Trust land with a choice of pathways along the coastal cliff tops and beaches.
