'Cottage Pie'

It comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms ( one double and one twin) and has a spacious and light feel. It is well appointed and newly furnished.

Cottage Pie is newly available for 2007 having been completely renovated. 

There is a full size bathroom with toilet, basin and bath/shower. The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge includes electric cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, colour digital TV and DVD player. Cottage Pie has oil fired central heating throughout, this along with the electricity is included in the price.

The owners have created a woodland walk on the site which drops down the valley and runs along side a small river. Onsite parking is provided a few yards away from the premises.

Located near the main farmhouse Cottage Pie has been converted from an old stone outbuilding and still retains much of its character. Nearby is the market town of Cardigan and many of the attractions of south-west Wales are within easy reach.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided (Bathroom towels are not). A cot and high chair are available upon request and one well behaved pet is welcome for an extra charge of £20. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
